Rackr takes a small percentage on each sale made through the platform. The exact rate depends on your plan — Free crafters pay 10–15%, while paid plans have lower rates down to 5–8%. There are no hidden charges.
No. Rackr is built around flexibility. Each shelf listing sets its own minimum term (often monthly), but there's no platform-level lock-in. You can move on when it's right for you.
Use the browse listings page to search by city, price range, and availability. You can filter to find spaces that suit your product type and budget.
Anything handmade, independent, or locally produced — ceramics, candles, jewellery, prints, stationery, skincare, food products (subject to retailer policies), and more. The retailer approves every application so it's always a good fit.
Rental fees and commissions are handled securely through Rackr. Retailers receive their income automatically, and crafters are paid out on a regular schedule. Everything is tracked in your dashboard.

Yes, at any time. Go to Account Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Yes. Crafters can sign up for free and start applying to shelves immediately — you only pay a commission when you make a sale. Retailers can list their first shelf space on the Basic plan at no monthly cost.
